sand froim certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
garticularly described in Schedule. "A", which is_attached

WAffi~AS, Grantors have submitted with their application
a plan for mining said land; and
WA$REAS, the Compreh'ensive~Zoning Resolution of St.
Lucie-County,~Florida, requirea the Grantors to post suitable
~ security to assure~that said plan will be oompleted as planned
~ and approved;
NOW, THffitEFORE, in consider.ation of the premises and
other qood and valuable consideration, Grantos hereby_grant, _
barqain, sell, alien, remise,_ convey and confirm unto Grantee
all that certain land of which Gratitors~are now seized and in
possession situate~in St. Lucie County,.Florida, more parti- '
cularly described in Schedule "A", which~is attached hereto and
by reference made a part hereof. ~ ~
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that on compliance with each and every
of the pronisions of the mining plan heretofore~submitted to the

Board of County Comnaissioners i~ St. Lucie County, Flori~da, as
the sanre pertains to the~lands of Grantors more particularly
