PARCEL 3- Lots 4 and 5, of Block 3, of TUSREGEE PARK, a_
sabdivision of Fort Pierce, Florida, according
to plat thereof on file in the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

is entitled to a charge against the net sale proceeds which shall be
charged against the one-half (1/2) net proceeds of Plaintiff, in the ~

~ sum of $1,536.85, for expenses and maintenance covering the property,
paid by the Defendant. ~
~ 3. That the interest of the parties to this suit is as fol-
