FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUT[ON OF MARRIAGE
'Ihis cause came on for trial the 16th day of September, 1974, -
and both parties being present at Court and represenoed by their respec-
tive counsel, and the Court having heard testimony of the respective part~es
and having given fuli consideration to all tfie evidence, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the partiea and subject matrer of
~ this- suit; ttiat the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
~ _
ahould be dissolved. It, ts thereupon ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

~ 1. DLSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SANDRA
~ DiCIOCCIO and SYLVESTER I?[CIOCCIO be and the same is hereby dia -
solved, and the parti~s and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bands c~f matrimony heretofore existing between diem and from ~e
obligations arising therefrom. . ~
2. CUSTODY. The custody of the minor children of the parties,
DONALD DiCIOCCIO, MAUR EEN DiCIOCCIO, and MICHAEL DiCIOCCtO, .
is awarded to the Husband, SYLVESTER DiCIOCCIO, wlth reasonable
~ visitation rights at all times and places to the Wife.

~ 3. SUPPORT. 'Ihe Husband shall be responsible for the support
and maintenanee of tfie minor children until each child attains the age
of majority, becomes self -supporting, or until fur.ther order of this Cour~
