4. 'Il~at the parttes are the owr~ers of a house tn Lakewood Park
Subdiviaion in S~. Lucie County, Flo~'ida, and that the Husband shall be -
responsible for seiling the house at the earliest pracKcal nme at a prioe
muoually acceptable to the parties. Tliat the Husband shall be responstble
for insuring the house, and making all payments for mortgage, tnsurance,
taxes, and repairs on die house until such time as it ~ is sold, In the event
die house may not be readily sold, the Husband may rent the premises
under such terms and condiKons as he deems advisable. One -half (1/2)
of any amounts that the Hueband shall pay for mortgage, insurance, taxes,
and necessary repairs shall be returned to the Husband ~t the time of
sale of die premises. - ~ -
5. 'I1iat the parties acknowledge that the sum of F ive Thousand :
and no/100 ($5, 000. 00) I)ollars is owed to the father of tfie Husband, SILVERIO
DiCIOCCIO, for funds that were used to~purchase the above mentioned _
house in Lakewood Park Subdivision. 'Ihat at such time as the sale of ~ ~

6. That the parties were the owners of a house ~n Arizona, which
has been sold, and the proceeds have been received by ~e Husband and
Wife, who have agreed that the funds be placed in trust for the education -
of the children. 'That in order to fulfill the intent of the parties, they
have entered into a Trust Agreement, a copy of the Trust is placed in
d~e Court record and is made a part hereof by reference.
7. FEES AND COSTS. Each party will pay his own attorneys'

- fees and costs of this action.
8. J[JRISDICTION. _ Jurisdiction of this cause, and dle parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
