promises herein contained an$ other gaod and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties ayree as follows:
1. ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, sets over, transfers
and conveys all of their rights, title and interest in the Mortgage
dsscribed in Paragraph A above to the extent of the payments of
EIGHT THOUSAND O~E HUNDRED FORTY FIVE ($8,145.00) DOLLARS and
_ interest of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY ONE DOLLARS and SIXTY ($651.60)
CENTS or a total of EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY SIX DOLLARS~
an~ SIXTY ($8,796.60) CENTS due August 4, 1975.
~ 2. The term of this Assignment shall be until
tne ASSIGNEE is paid.
3. ASSIGNEE does hereby direct the Mortgago'r
under the above described Mortgaqe to pay from the sums due under
the i~ote reflected in the Mortgage, the amounts due to ASS.IGNEE ~
to wit: EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HiJNDRED NINETY SIX DOLLARS an~'
SIXTY ($8,796.60) CENTS and~the M4rtgagor under the aforementioned
Mortgage shall receive full credit for such payments.as if said
payments had been made directly to the Mortgaqee under said ~

4. The existence of this Agreement is not to.
~ be construed as a waiver by the ASSIGNEE of a=ight to enforce ~

with the terms and provisions of the Agreement for which this
