3. Assignors do hereby direct the Mortgagor under the
above described Mortgage to pay from the sums due under the Note
reflected in the Mortgage, the sum of $8,145.Q0 plus interest in _
the amount of $651.60, or a total amount of $8,796.60, to the
Assignees, and the Mortgagor under the aforementioned Mortgage
shall receive full credit for such payment as if said payment had
been made directly to.the Mortgagee under said Mortgage. .
~ 4. The existence of thi~s Agreement is not to be construed

as a waiver by the Assignee of a~right to enforce payment of ttie
obligation represented-by Exhibit "A" in strict accordance with
the terms and provisions of the Agreement for which this~Agreement
- is given as additional security.
