THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard
before the Court upon Plaintiffs' complaint ih replevin, and the
c Court being fu~ly advised in the premises, it is
~ CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED:

1. That Defendant, HENRY WHITE d/b/a
UNYTED FURNITURE CO., shall retain possession of the property which
is the subject matter of this suit in case #74-833-SP-O1, pending
final adjudication of the claims~of the parties, and in the event
that neither party seeks to set a final hearing in this matter ~
prior to October 30, 1974, an Order dismissinq- the case shall be
entered. ~ -
2. That the matter of HENRY G. WHITE d/b/a
UNITED FURNITURE~CO. VS MRS. CORINE FILLMORE, W. S. BADCOCR CORP
