THIS CAUSE was heard on October 17, 1974, upon Notice of
Contempt hearing and the Respondent being present in chambers
in person, and the Petitioner also being present iA chambers ~
in person and represented by Counsel, and the Court having heard ~
all of the testimony of the parties and their respective counsels,
and being fully advised in the pzemises, it is therefore,
ADJUDGED that the Respondent is guilty of simple contempt of
~ this Court for failure to abide the Court's restraining order
entered in this matter on September 4, 1974. That the Respondent
~ is admonished that future disregard of this Court's order shall
f -
~ result in'his confinement in the county jail of this County.
~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St: Lucie County, Florids,
