the parties and it appearing that the pazties have agYeed to the best
intexest of the minor children and the CouYt being full advised theYein,

1. Freddie Bennett shall deed, convey and set oveY to Annie ~
B. eennett that certain property descritied as:
- Lot 4, less wes~ 8 feet and west 8 feet of IAt
5 of WILKINSON'S SUBDIVISION.
in settlement of arreazage in child suppoxt up to November 1, 1974; that
in absence of said conveyance, within 5 days after date, the rights vest- ~
I ed in Freddie Bennett shall be tYansfezred and conveyed to Annie B.
Bennett by opeYation of laar thereby satisfy all arrearage owed by Freddie
~Bennett including Common i.aw Judgement entered in this cause on July 11,
1974 .
- 2. That Freddie Bennett being presently incarcerated in the~
St. Lucie County jail shall be allovred to pnrge himself and be released
from jail instanter upon delivery of copy of this Order.to the Sheziff
of St. Lucie County.
~ 3. That commencing the lst day of November 1974, the husband

~shall pay to the aife the sum of $65.00 each and ~very week for the
~ support of the minor children. Sach payment shall be made to the CleYk
of this Court and by him Yemitted promQtly to the wife. In addition the e
is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the clezk. All payments shall be made in cash,
