That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties in this cause and its subject matter; that the allegations contained in the Sec- ond Petition For Entrance Of Final Judgment And Supplemental Relief have ~ been groved by competent evidence, and that the equities in this cause are with the Plaintiffs. - 2. That the Contract For Deed sued upon by the Plaintiffs oon- st~tutes a valid lien upon the property hereinafter described, and that said Contract For Deed is in default as alleged by Plaintiffs' plead- ings. - ~ 3. That a reasonable fee for services rendered by Gerald S. James, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiffs is the sum of $750.00, and this Court finds and decrees that $750.00 is a reasonable attoruey's fee to be allowed for services of Plaintiffs' attorney, which sum is also due .
