4. That there is due and owing to Plaintiffs, under the Con-
tract For Deed, the following sums: -

That the above-itemized sums are now due and owinq to Plain-
tiffs and, in addition, such further sums, including interest at 6$
trom the date of this Judgment until paid, and any further sums in con-
nection with this suit. ~
5. That the Plaintiffs have a lien to secure payment of the
above-itemized sums against the following described real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 27, PLAT OF ALTADENA, as per plat thereof in
- Plat Book 4; page 74, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records. v _ ~
~ That the lien of the Plaintiffs is prior and superior to all
rights, claims, interests, encumbrances or equities of the Defendant
and all persons claiming by, through and under the Defendant, and ~he
property will be sold free and clear of any claims of the Defendant.

~ 6. Unless the Defendant, within fifteen (15) days from the

~ entry of this Judgment, shall pay the Plaintiffs or Plaintiffs' attorney
the sums specified in paragraph 4 above, and any other costs of this
suit as mentioned in, that paragraph, the Clerk of this Court,.after
publication of notice as required by Florida Statute 702, as amended,
is directed to sell the above-described property to the highest and best
bidder for cash at the East Door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse,
Fort Pierce, Florida, free, clear and discharged of any and all claims,
liens, encumbrances, rights, equities and interests of the Defendant and
all persons, firms or corporations, claiming by, through or der the
Defendant, e sale shall be held at 11:00 A.M._on the day of

7. That, out of the proceeds arising from the sale of the
