his fee and shall pay to the attorney for the Plaintiffs, the attorney's
fee allowed in this Judgment; that, out of the remair_der of the proceeds
there shall be paid to the Plaintiffs the sums aUove provided. The
Clerk shall report any surplus to this Court for the Court's order and
in the event sums realized at the sale~be insufficient to pay the total
of the amounts ordered to be paid, the Clerk shall report the deficiency
to the Court for sucR~further orders as ttie Court shall deem proper.
8. The Plaintiffs may.bid at the sale and if Plairttiffs~shall
be the successful bidder, said-Plaintiffs shall be entitled to credit
on Plaintiffs' bid up to the full amQUnt due under this Judgment. .
9. That, upon the sale being had as herein specified and upon ~
the Clerk filing the Certificate of Sale and upon the Clerk filinq the
Certificate of Title, the sale shall stand confirmed, and the Defendant
and persons claiming by, through and under said Defenda~nt shall be for-
ever barred and foreclosed of any equity or right or redemiation in and tb
the above-describecl property, and the purchaser at the sale or the pur-
chaser's heirs, representatives, successors or assigns, without delay,
~shall be let into the premises so conv~yed. _ .
_ 10. That that certain quitclaim deed from Gracie J. Hart,
grantor, to Defendant,,BARBARA CHASON, dated April 18, 1973, recorded
; in O.R. Book 214, pages 1793-i794, public records of St. Lucie County,

~ Florida, be, and it is hereby, ordered and declared null and void, and
~ is hereby expunged from the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
11. That this Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for
the purpose of making fuYther orders and decrees as may be necessary and
proper. ~
AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie County, Florida,
