2. The Mortgagee may, at h;s option. and without waivina his right to acctletate the indebtedness hereby
secured and tu foreclose the same, pay either before or after delinquency any or all of those certain oblisations
required by the terms 6eteo( to be paid by the Mortgaaor (or the protection of the moctga`e security or for_ the col-
lection of the indebtedness hereby secured. All sums so advanced or paid by the Mortga~ee shall be char~ed into
the mortgage account anJ become an intes[al part thereof. subject in all respects to the terms. conditions. and
covenants oG the aforesaid promissory note, and this mottgage. as fully and to the same eatent as thoush a part
of the original indebtedness evidenced by said note and secured by this mortgage. excepting howevet. that said
sums shall be repaid itie Mortgagee torthwith upon its demand and be i~ addition to the regulat monthly install-

othec than the !1lortgagor, the ~lortgagee may. without notice to-the Mortgagoc. deal with such successor or suc-
cessors in intesest with retere~ce to this deed and the debt heteby secuted. in the same manner as with the Mort-
gagor without in. any way vitiating or dischargin6 the Mortgagor's liability hereunder or upon the debt hereby
secuced. No sale of the premises hereby mottgascd and no forbearance on the part of the Mortaa6ee. and no ex-
tension of the time for the payment ot the debt hereby secured Eiven by the Mortgagee shall opetate to release.

~ 6. The lien o~ this deed secures a~ shall continue to secure payment of said indebtedness or indebted-
