NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the.undersigned as
attorneys for Plaintiff, ROYAL ESTATES, INC., that a suit
was instituted in the Circuit Court of the~Nineteenth •
Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, an
July 31,.1974, against the above named defendants involving :
that certain real property more specifically described as: ~

The relief sought in and by.the aforesaid suit is
