4. This Court should appoint a)~lorid~ Ancillary Receaver
of the kespo~ident for the purpose of liquidating the assets of tlnited
Amcrica•in Florida. ~
S. The Respondent has assets i.n Florida including securities
on deposit with the State Treasurer in the approximate par value of
$250,0(10.00. . -
WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that THO`tAS D. 0'~iALLEY,
Florida Insurance Commissioner and Treasurer, and head of the Depart--
~nent of Insurance of the State of i=loricla, is hereby appointed
- Ancillary Receiver o£ United America Insurors, Inc. and he is
authorized and directed to:
. 1. Take immediate possession of all the property, assets,_~
and estate; and all other property of every kind k~hatsoever and ~
wheresoever located in this State belonging to United America pursuant
to Section G31.152, 631.131(2), Florida Statutes, including but not
limited to, offices mainta~ned by the Respondent, rights of action,
books, bonds, debentures and other securities, mortgages, furniture,
` fixtures, offiee supplies and all real property of the Respondent,

~ whcre~rer situate in Florida, and to hold all such assets pending
fur~ther ordcrs of this Court.
2. I.iquidate the assets of~United America located in F1o2•ida,
including but not limited to, funds held by United America agents,
subagents, producing agents, brokers, solicitors, service representa-
tives or others under agency contrac~s or otherwise which are due and
unpaid to United ~merica, including unearned commissions, agents' ~
balances, and agents' reserve funds, subject to orders of ttie Court
and subject to any rights of the Iowa Domiciliary P.eceiver to said
~ assets.

3. Emplo}•, and authorize the compensation of, legal c~upsel,
accountants, clerks, and such assistants as he deems necessary, and
