1~2. Coordinate the operations of thc ancillary receivership
with the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association, pursuant ta rart II
of Chapter 631, Florida Statutes. ~ ~
IT IS FURTI~ER ORDERED and ~ADJUDGF.D that : ~
1: All persans, firms, corporations and associations within
the jurisdiction of. tl~is Court, including, but not limited to, the
P.espondent and its afficers, directors, stockholders, agents anci
em~loyees be, and they are liei•eby, enjoined and restrained fror~ the
fur~h~r transact_ion oL the busi»ess of insurance or dealing with or
. ,
disposing of the property or assets of United America, or doin~ or
permitting to be done any action which might waste or dispose of the
assets or allow or suffer the obtaining of judgments, attachments,
writs of garnishment, or preferences or other liens or the making
of any levy or execution against 'the Ancillary ~Receiver or United
America or its assets or any part~thercof, and ~rom interfering ti*ith
the Ancillary Receiver's possession and control of the propert}• of
.Respondent ~,~ithin the jurisdiction of this Court. ~
2. All persons, corporations or associati.ons within the
~ jurisdiction of this Court are hereby enjoined and restrained from -

~ commencing, maintaining or further prosecuting any action at law or
=n equity or other proceeding against United Ar~erica~or the Ancillary -
Receiver. .
3.- All insurance policies, bonds, surety contracts and
other contracts of insurance of United ~lmerica Insurors, Inc., no~,r in
force shall continue in force until 30 days from the date of the entry
o£-this Order of Liqtiidation and shall be de~ermined cancelled as of ~

22:01 a.m. , ~~Z~~-~~ ~ , 1974, except that policies or
contracts of insuran~e kith nermal e~piration dat~s prior thereto and
~
policies terr~~inatcc~ by insureds before such date, shall stand cancelled
as of such ea:lier date.
