DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGB
This cause csme on for trial the 28th day of October,
1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit.; that the relation of
husband~and wife now exists between the parties; and that-the
e ~
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between THEODORE
ROGERS and LILLE BELL ROGERS be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each.of them are hereby forever freed fram the
bonds of matri~nq heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY. Custody of THEODORE LAMAR ROGERS and SERITA

; VICRIE ROGERS, minor children of the parties~, is hereby awarded to
~ LILLIE BELL ROGERS with reasonable vfsitation rights reserved to • .

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day ,

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to LILLIE BELL ROGERS. In addition there is

-money order or cashier's check. Bath of the parties are ordered
to ke~p the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
