. DIS50LUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 28th day of October,
1974 and the Court having given full conaideration to a11 the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of
Che parties and subject matter of tnis suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between,MICHAEL R. WATFORD and E1~fA R.
. WATFORD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
her~~ofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
' 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ELIZABETN K. WATFORD, TENA M,

~ WATFORD, DENA R. WATFORD and MICHAEL ROBERT WATFORD, minor children

~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to ENIl~1A R. WATFORD with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to MICHAEL R. WATFORD.
3. SUPPORT AND PROPERTY. The Separation-and Property
Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated
herein by reference and the parties are or-dered to comply with the
provisions thereof. .
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
