This cause came on for final hearing on this the~

Respondent's failure to answer or otherwise plead, and ftespondent, EA.RL
F. DUFRESNE, having been personally served process and the Court having
heard the testimony of DORIS MAE ADAMS DUFR,ESNE, Petitioner, and >
Petitioner's witriess and being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds
and decides as follows: _
1. The parties were married to each other on May 14, .1973,
at Folkston, Georgia.
The Petitioner, DORIS MAE ~DAMS DUFRESNE, has

" been a resident of Florida for more than six months next before filing the
~ Petition for Dissolution of Marriage.

May 16, 1974, and a default was properly entered by the Clerk.

matter of this action.
