If the plaintiff ahall be.the purchaser at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on the bid of the plainti+f, the total sum hexein found due to the plafntiff or such portfon thereof as may be necessary to pay fully the bid of the plaintiff, except that the swas ~ntioned in paragrnph 8(a) of this Judgment muat be pafd in cash. - (8~ Upon confinaation of the sale whether confirmation be by the Clerk filinq the Certificate of Title or by Order of this Court rulinq_upon objections of that sale; the Clerk shall make distribution of the proceeds of this aale by payinq: (a) Al1 costs and expenses of these proceedinqs sub- sequent to the entry of this Final Judgment; including the costs of ~ publishing the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for makinq said " sale (unless the plaintiff, having already paid for those two items - of costs, shall be the purchaser at said sale), and for the herein- _ above stated attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys for the plaintiff. - The remaining auwunts due the plaintiff with interest thereon as provided b~ statute from the date hereof through the.date of sale. . k (9) Should there b~ surplus after the payment above specified, ~ ~ - _ _ ` it shall,be paid into the registry of the Court. Should there be a deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof to the Court, . and this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a deficiency jucig- ment in behalf of the plaintiff, in the event such deficiency should arise as a result of said aforementioned sale. ~ ~ .
