County, Florida Off.i~cial Records.~ Saicl Mortqaqe was given to
secure payment of a promissory note in the amount of~$27•~a~an~eed
made by Mortgagor in favor of Martgagee, and personally.gu
by Guarantors. Said note matured.on Auqust 2, 1974.
B. Mortgagor has requested, ofds~atnote toaFebruary 2~~
an extension of the maturity date . , _

NOW, THERSF4RE. in consideration °eac~hNto~theotlier~in~hand
other good and valuable consideration,
paid,~receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the partiea hereto
covenant and agree that the maturity date~of the aforesaid prom-
issory ~ote is hereby extended to February 2, 1975, and that the
maturity date of "August 2, 1974," which appears on line 16 of
page 1 of the aforesaid mortqage, and on line 10 of covenant 12
of said mortqage, is chanqed to and replaced by the date of .
"February 2, 1975," except for the specific extension prrntisions
herein stated, said note and mortgage remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.
