DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 29th day of October, 1974
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence~,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
~ _
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon ~
ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
i 1. The marriage between GARNA W. STEWART and MARY E.
~ ~ ~
~ STEWART be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between ~hem and from the obligations arising
therefrom. ~
2. Custody of TRAN~AS WAYNE STEWART and GARNA WAYNE
STEWART, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
~ GP,RNA W. STEWART with reasonable visitation rights reserved to

~ MARY E. STEWART. Custody of BRANDON SHAYNE STEWART, minor child

~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARY E. STEWART with reason-
