Adoption filed.in this cauae and the.consent of.the natural mother

of Family Services havinq recom~nended the adoption sought by the
Petitioners in this matter, and it appearing to the Court that ~
the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor
child souqht to be adopted, and that the best_interests of the child
will be.promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable for
- adoption by the Petitioners, DALTON DBLOY CANNON and BARSARA GERALDINE.
