" THIS CAUS$ WAS heard upon the verified Petition For Adoption
filed in this cause and the natural father of the minor child
sought to be adopted havinq consented to said adoption, and it
appearing ~o the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the minor child souqht to be adopted and that
the best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption,
and that the child is suitable for~adoption by P.etitioner, HARRY
FOULOS, and beinq otherwise fully advised in the_premises, it
is therefore -
ORDSRED AND-ADJUDGED that the minor child known as ERIC
ANTHONY BROMBERG;.is declared to be the legal child of the Petitianer

j herein, HARRY~POULOS, and is given the name of ERIC ANTHONY POULOS,
~ by which name he shall hereafter be known, and it is further ,
ORDERBD AND~ADJUDGED that this child shall- be the child
and legal heir of the ~etitioner, AA.RRY POULOS, entitled to all
~ riqhts and privileges, subject to all obliqations of a child
born to the Petitioner, HARRY POULOS, in lawful wedlock.
