HuBband, . aad - MARGAR~T CSRBASI, Wife FINAL JUDGMSNT ~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - This cause came on for trial the_4th day of October, 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all tha evidence, finds - and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relatfon of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties~is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED A1~ID ADJUDGED as follows: . . l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between VINCENT A. CERBASI, Husband, and MARGARET CERBASI, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby foiever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli~ations arising therefrom. ; 2. ALIMONY. The Wife will be awarded lump swa alimony in an ~ amount to be determined by the Court at a subsequent hearinq, and same ~ shall be a lien against the Husband's_one-half intere~t in the real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as: The South 1/2 Of Lot 5, all Of Lots 6, 7, 8, and- ~ 9. Block 28, SAN LUCIE PLAZA, UNIT #1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page - 57, of ~he Public ltecords of St. Lucie County,~ Florida. _ 3. RESTORATION OF.NAME. Margaret Cerbasi, Wife, be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of Margaret Mullett, and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 4.
