DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 28th daq of October, ~
1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: ~'his Court has 3urisdiction of
the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation

of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved, It is thereupon,

~ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MfARRIAGE. The marriage between WINTON
P. McMILI.EN~and GENEVIEVE MARGARET McMILLEN be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
' 2. CUSTODY. Custody of RELLY SUSAN McMILLEN, ERIN R.

~ McMILLEN and BARRIE RAY McMILLEN, minor children of the parties,
~ is hereby awarded to GENEVIEVE MARGARET McMILI.EN with reasonable ~
visitation rights reserved to WINTON P. McMII.LEN. :

3. PROPERTY. Right of possession of the marital residence =
of the parties located at 6616 Fort Pierce Boulevard (LAKEWOOD
PARK St. Lucie Covnty, Florida, is hereby awarded to GENEVIEVE
MARGARET McMILLEN, as long as the minor children of the~parties
reside therein with the-mother, during which time Che GENEVIEVE -
~ ~
~ MARGARET McMILLEN shall be responsible for all mortgage payments,
~
~ insurance payments and taxes and other cosCs of maintenance. At ~
~ the time that the parties dispose of said residence, GENEVIEVE
MARGARET McMILLEN shall be entitled to reimbursement from WINTON P.
McMILLEN for one-half of the payments and expenses made to maintain ~
- the.residence which she has individually made while in possession
under the provisions of this paragraph.
