t Motion to Reinstate Proceedings and for Entry of Final Judgment,

~ the Court noting that a Stipulat~on for Settlement was entered into
between the parties on the llth day of September, 1974, that the
~Court subsequently dismissed this action but retained jurisdiction ~

to enforce that Stipulation, and that Defendant has breached the
~ terms and canditions of ~he Stipulation. and being fully advised

` in all premises hereof, it is therefore

ORDERED that these proceedings.be and the same are hereby
reinstated for the purpose of enforcing the Stipulation for -f

Settlement entered into by and between the parties on the llth day
