TBMPORARY CUSTODY AND RELIEF
THIS CAUSE cominq on-to be heard pursuant to the Notice of Tem-
porary relief and custody, on-the:29th day of October, A. D., 19T4, both
parties being represented by counsel, and the Court having hear testimony
and being otherwise fully advised, it~ is
ORDERED AND ADJUBGED as follows: .
1. ~hat Wife, BLRTIE L. TYSON, be and she is hereby granted
temporary custody of the minar child, GREG A. TYSON, 14 n~nths of age. -
; ~ . 2. That.the Court hereby enters a mutual restraining order
~
; for and against both parties, ALEXANDER A. TYSON and BERTIE L. TYSON.
~ ~ 3. That the minor child, GREG A. TYSON, can not be removed
~ ' diction of this Court without prior Order of this Court
from the ~uris .

4. That simultaneous with the execution of this Order the
Husband will remit to the Clerk of the Circuit Court th~ sum of $100.00
for the support of the minor child and wife. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs.
5. That first payment for child support and alimony to wife
~ in the sum of $30.00 for child support and $30.00 for alimony for a total
~ of $60.00 per week shall commence on Monday, November 4, 1974, and continue
each and every week until final hearing in this matter. The Husband shall
remit to the-Clerk of the Circuit Court the sum of $60.00 for the support
~
of the minor child and~Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the swa Y
of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. ~
