At Mortgagee's option, Mortgagor will pay a" ate charge" not exceeding four per centum (4~Jo) of any inscall- ~
ment when paid more thsn fifteen (15) days atter t6e Jue date thereof to cover the eatra expense ~nvolved in
hsndling delinquent payments, but such "late charge" shall not be payable out of the proceeds of any sale
made to satiafy the indebt~dne,ss ~secured hereby, udess such proceeds ue auff cient to discharge the entire
indebtedness sad all pmper coats and expenses secured thereby.
