MOTION
COMES NOW the Plaintiffs by their undersigned attorney and
shows unto the court that after the payment of.all final judgements,
attorney's fees and costs authorized by the court in _this cause, -
there remains in the Registry of the Court the sum of $24,036.93.
WHEREFORE the Plaa.ntiffs move the court to enter an Order
i directing the Clerk of the Circuit Court to refund said amount to
` the State of Florida Department of Transportation. .
