WHEREFORE the Plaintiffs move the court to enter an Order
! directing the Clerk of the Circuit Court to refund said amount to

THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the foregoing Motion

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court be and he is hereby authorized and directed to refund
to the State of Florida Department of Transportation from the Court ~
Registry Fund the sum of $18,000.01.
