THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed this 28th day of
Qctobert 1974 , by ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS, INCORPORATED, a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor, to
Six Investors Inc. a Florida cor ration

hereina ter calle the Grantee, which terms "Crantor and "Grantee"
shall include all the parties to thiG instrument, and the heirs,
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, ahd the successors

SUEJECT, HOWEVER, to the following:
1. The provisions of the Declaration, including all
exhibits and all rules, regulations, cantracts and leases affecting

corporation responsible for the operation of the condominium.
2._ The easer.ients provided for in the Declaration or its

4. Such zoning and other restrictior.s upon the use of the
apartnent and upon all of the condominium property as may be
