Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt,
acknowledges that this purchase of a condominiwn unit at OCEAN~
VILI.AG~i OF ~lUTCNINS027 ISLA2iD is subject in every respect to the
Declaration of Condominium as to the condominiwa in which his u~it
is located and Exhibits attached thereto,.includinq but not limited
to (whether the same are attached to th~ Declaration or referred to
therein), the By-Law$ of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy
of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser,
and all Amendtaents to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the
Articles of Incorporation. By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of the Pro~ert~ Owners' Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledqes receipt of and reading and examination of said
~ Declaration, its Exhibits, and budqet, sales brochure and floar plan,
and acknowledqes that each and every provision of the foregoinq is
essential to the successful operation and management ot the Condo-
miniwn property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all-o~ners of parce~s in the
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and aqree to abide by each and
every provision of said Decla~cation of Condominiwa and Ei:hibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confinas and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium
an3 Exhibits attached thereto, and aqrees that tbe assessment under
the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equita?ble, and said Pur-
chaser acknowledges and~confirms that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O~ners' Association has encumbered
and irapressed a lien upon__the Condaminium parcel being conveyed to - -
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners'- Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property
Owners' Association as to his condouiinium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties,-representations-and inducements if any, are as
contained in the aforesaid.Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
~ ~ attached thereto, and ~thz coumnon expenses and the sums due under the
` Property 4~ners' Association and other charqes are esti.atated only.
~ No warranty or guaranty is made or intended, nor may one be relied
" except where the same is specifically Warranted or quarauiteed in
