WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 31st day of October, A.
D. 1974 by LEVSRSTT SHAW GROVEB, ZNC., a Florida corporation,
hereinafter called the Grantor, to DONALD J. WILLEMS, as Trustee,
whose post office address is: 701 Hartman Road, Fort gierce,
Florida 33450, hereinafter called the Grantee:

strument and the heirs, legal representatives F

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt

aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to
