FINAL JUDGP'~NT IN FORECLOSURE y THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing on the 23rd day of October, i974, on the Second Petiton For Entrance Of Final Judgment And Supplemental Relief~ filed by Plaintiffs, seeking foreclosure and requesting that a certain deed be declared null and void and expunqed ~ ~ from~the public records, both sides being represented by cour?sel, and the Court hearing testimony of Plaintiffs and Defendant offering no ~estimony at said hearing, it is, ! ORDLRED AND ADJUDGED: E 1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties in this cause and its subject matter;~ that the allegations contained in the Sec- ond Petiti.on For Entrance Of Final Judgment And Supplemental Relief have been proved by competent evidence, and that the equities in this cause are with the Plaintiffs. 2. That.the Contract For Deed sued upon by the Plaintiffs coa- st~tutes a valid lien upon the property hereinafter described, and that said Contract For Deed is in default as alleged by Plaintiffs' plead- ings. . ~ 3. That a reasonab~e fee for services rendered by Gerald S.
