fee allowed in this Judgment; that, out of the remainder of the proceeds
there shall be paid to the Plaintiffs the swas above provided. The
Clerk shall report any surplus to this Court for the Court's order and
in the event sums realized at the sale be insufficient to pay the total
of the amounts ordered to be paid, the Clerk shall report the deficiency
to the Court for such further orders as the Court shall deem proper.
8. The Plaintiffs may bid at the sale and if Plaintiffs shall
be the successful bidder, said Plaintiffs shall be entitled to credit ~
on Plaintiffs' bid_up to the full amount due under this Judgment.
9. That, upon the sale being had as~herein specifi.ed and upon
the Clerk filing the Certificate of Sale and upon the Clerk filing the
Certificate of Titl~, the sale-shall stand confirmed, and the Defendant
and persons claiming by, throuqh and.under said Defendant shall be for-
ever barred and foreclosed of any equity or right or redemption in and tb
the above-described property, and the purchaser at the sale or the pur-
chaser's heirs, representatives, succeesors or assigns, without delay,
shall be let into the premises so conveyed.
10. That that certain~quitclaim deed from Gracie J. Hart,
grantor, to Defendant, BARBARA CHASON, dated April 18, 1973, recorded

t in O.R. Book 214, pages 1793-1794, public records of St. Lucie County,
~ . Florida, be, and it is hereby, ordered and declared null and void, and
is hereby expunged from the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 11. That this Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for
the purpose o€ making further orders and decrees as may be necessary and
proper. . . .
