This cause came on to be heard on October 24, 1974 upon the
Defendants' motion to compel payment of costs and to stay~action. ~

Defendant having moved for the assessment of costs against the ~
Plaintiff in GEORGE TAIBI. vs FORT PIERCE FOOD~MART, ING., a Florida
corporation, Case Number 73-64 CA, a previous action by the Plaintiff
against the Defendant, and it appear3~_the court that~this action
involves the same parties and the same claim_as the previous action which ;
was voluntarily dismissed by the Plaintiff, and it further appear~n~
to the court that the Defendants motion-for the assessment of costs
in the above described action has been qranted in the swa of $195.30,
it is hereby ~ - ~ ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall pay the court

costs in said action in the swn of $195.30, and that it is further

~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there shall be a stay of proceedinqs
in this action until such time as the costs in the previous action
have been paid. .
