This cause coming on.before the Court on the Motioa
of the Defendants, Elliot Valentin,_Main Truckinq & Riqging
Co., Inc., and Travelers Indmentiy Company's Motion for Contin-
uance, Plaintiff's Motion for Order Compellinq Discovery and.
Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Swamnar-y dudqment, and the Court
havinq heard argumeat of counsel and being otherwise fully ad-
~ vised in the premises, it is -
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that

view of the Court's removing all cases from the docket
scheduled for trial on October-28, 1974. .
2. The Plaintiff'~s Motion to Compel Discovery his
granted and the Defendant, Elliot Valentin, is granted thirty
..(30) days from the dated of this Order within which to present
himself in St. Lucie County, Florida, for the purpose of the
Plaintiff taking his deposition, and to answer interrogatories
~ heretofore propounded to him on August 29, 1974.
~ 3. The Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Su~mnary Judg-
ment is-granted to the extent that the Defendant, Main Trucking
& Rigging Co., Inc., shall be held by vicariously liable for
