THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the verified petition of
WILLIAM DAVID SMITH, for the adoption of NANCY CBRISTINA KEL~~TDiALL and
MALLARINA MA~ KENDALL, and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner
is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor children sought to be
adopted and that the best interests of the children will be promoted
by the adoption and that the children are suitable for adoption by the
Petitioner, WILLIAM DAVID SMZTB, and being otherwise fully advised in~
the premises, it is

to all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a child
born to Petitioner in lawful wedlock.
