further acknowledqes receipt of and reading and examination of said ~
- Declaration, its E::hibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that eac~i and every provision of the foregoinq is
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo-
minium property and is in the best interests and £or the benef it of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves~
all of the terms and orovisions of said Declaration of Condominiutn
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitab~e, and said Pur- F
chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Oc,mers' Association has encumbered
and irapressed-a lien upon the-Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Dec2ara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property
Own~,rs' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser conf irr.is
that all iaarranties, representations and inducements if any, are as
contained iz the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the
; Property Owners' Association and other charges are estimated only.
; ~1o warranty or guaranty is made or intended, nor may one be relied
except where the same ~s specifically warrai.ted or guaranteed in
said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. _
