OF PARTITION
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, EULA L. TAYLOR, and moves the Court
to ~mend the Final Judgment of Partition, entered on the 18th day of
October, 1974, and would show: ~
1. That page 2, paragraph 2, of said Final Judgment set
sale date fo.r the llth day of November, 1974.
2. That said date is a State holiday and the Clerk of this
Court would not be available nor open for business to conduct the sale
at said t~me and place. ~
3. That said page 2, paragraph 2, should be amended as
follows: ~
"That said real property above-descri.bed, shall be
F sold at 11:00 o'clock A.M. at the East~ Door of the
! St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida,
€ on the 19th day of November, 1974.,"

4. That, other than the foregoing Amendment, the Final Judg-
ment of Partition shaZl remain in fuil force and effect.
