THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the ~ st day of
October, 1974,_and the wife having appeared with counsel and a
default having been enter-ed against the husband for failing to
file or serve an answer or other pleading. And the Court having
.~given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines
~ This Court has ~~~risdiction of the parties and- sub3ect matter of
this suit; that the relations of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; the equities are with the wife and against

the husband, and the wife is entitled to dissolution of marriage. ,

f ~ ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife, ~

same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them

are hereby forever freed from the b Y
- existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROBERT EARL WILLIAMS, KENNY WILLIAMS
TANYA DENISE WILLIAMS and ANGELA WILLIAMS, minor children of the ~

~ husband and wife, is hereby awarded to the wife with reasonable i

~ j visitation rights reserved to the husband. ,

~ 3. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of ~v

~ ~ 1974, the husband shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of ~
Fifty dollars ($50.00) per week, each and every week hereafter for~
~ ! the support of the minor children named herein, which shall be ~
