FINAL JUDGMENT ~'4R DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 31st day of
October, 1974, and the husband having appeared.with cotulsel and
~a default having been .entered against the wife for failing to
file or serve an answer or other pleading. And the Caurt having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of
, this suit; that the relations of husband and wife now exists
c between the parties; the equities are with the husband and against
the wife, and the husband is entitled to dissolution of marriage.
It is thereupon
~ pRDER,ED pND AD~TUDGID as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife,
~MARTHA INEZ FORSTER THORNBURGH, and the husband, JOHIJ THORNBURGH,
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
,toYore~existing between them and from the obligations arising
~ therefrom.
2. RFSTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. That the wife's maiden name
is hereby changed to MARTHA_INEZ FORSTER.
~ ~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the partie
~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
~
~ proper.
