This cause coming on to be heard on October 31, 197~ at 9:30 s.m.
on Rule to Shaw Cause, and the parties with their attorneys having presented to
the Court a tentative agreement snd the Court hav~ng faund the husband in
arrears $809.50 in child support as ordered and in arrears $330.50 for attorney'
_ fees and the Court being flilly advised therein, the Court finds that the husband ~
JSSSIE SCOTT, is in contem~pt of this Court's Order, therefor, thereupon, it is ~
hereby -
OONSID$RED, ORD$R$D aud AA7UDGED as follosrs: -
l. That the Court Yinds aad determines that the husbaad, JffiSIE
SCOTT, is in arrears for child~support the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED NIRE and 50/100
DpLLAR.S (~809.50} arid is thereYore ad3udged in contempt of tbis Court.

; 2. That the husbaud m~ purge himself from contempt by the peyment

of the folloiring.:
(a) That tbe husband, JffiSIS SCOTT, is hereby ordered to pay
the sum ~of FORTY arid no/lOfl DOLLARS (~40.00) together ~rith the Clerk's Pee
thereon on Friday, November 1, 1974 sad thereafter on Fridey of each week until
~ftu~ther order of the Court, the s$id JBSSIE SCOTT shall continue p~ring $50.00
~plus the Clerk's fee on Friday of each veek consistent irith the prior Order
entered in tbis cause.
(b ) That the husband, JESSIg SCOTT, shall pa~y to CHARLES `iM.
~STONE, attorney for the ~rife, a minimum of $5.00 per month tavard attorney's
s~ ~fees incurred by the Wife in this cause arid said payment shall continue until
