TEMPORARY ORDER ~
THIS CAUSE was heard after notice upon-the respondent's de-
mand for temporary relief while this cause is pending. The
Court having then presented a joint stipulation entered into
between the husband and the wife and their respective attorneys,
and being otherwise-fully advised in the premises, it is: _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED pursuant to said joint stipulation that:
1. The husband shall pay unto the wife the sum of Two Hundred
and Eighty Dollars ($280.00) a month as temporary alimony pending -
the final outcome of this matter. That said sum,shall be.paid
monthly beginning on the lst daq of November, ].974, and a like

z sum each month until further ordered by this Court.

~ 2. The wife shall have the sole and exclusive temporary pos-
~ -
session of the real property and,house more fully described in the
husband's verified petition pending the final outcome of this matter;
but that, the wife shall pay the utilities on said abode and its
general maintenance.
3, That the parties to this action are mutually enjoined and
restrained from assaulting, harrassing, bothering, or interferring
~ with each other at any time or place, or in any manner whatsoever,

during the pendency of this action.
4. The husband shall pay unto the wife's attorney, RICHARD D.
SNEED, JR., ESQUIRE, on or before November 1, 1974, a temporary
attorney's fee of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00). .
DONE AND ORDERED AT Ft. Pierce, Florida, this day of
