NARL R. AVERY and ETTA AVERY, being first duly sworn, depose and say
that on the 7th Day of September, 1974, appeared before them, one
MARY HAUG~iT, being the widow of JAMES HAUGHT, that in the presence
of the Affiants ~hat certain Mortgage Note and Mortgage Deed to which
this Affidavit is attached, was read over to the said MARY HAUGHT and
fully explained to her; that she stated that she understood the nature
of the said Murtgage Note and.Mortgage Deed and the terms thereof and
that she desired to execute same, but was unable to write her name
thereupon, the said MARY HAUGHT made her "X" on said Mortgage Note
and Mortgage Deed for the purposes of executing the said I~rtgage Note
and I~ortgage Deed.
Further Affiants sayeth not. .
