For and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
and other valuable cansiderations, EDSALL GROVES, INC., a.Florida
corporation, hereby releases and quitclaims unto FLORII~IDLA
FARMS CORPORATION, a Florida corporatfon,~its successors and ~
assigns, all rights, title and interest that the said EDSALL
GROVES, INC. has by virtue of an easement secured on March 1,
1926 from Etta M. Hoskins and W. S. Hoskins, recorded in "
Miscellaneous Record Book 4~, page 506, records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, as assigned by American Telephone and Telegraph
Company to Edsall Groves; Inc. (said assignment being denominated
"Modification of Easement" and recorded in Deed Book 262, page
525, Public Records, St. Lucie County, Florida) as the same -~~•~-~-T
