FINAL JUDGMENT FOR MONEY DEBT
This cause coming on for final hearing this 17th day
of October, A:D. 1974, on Petition Of ENID L. KELL~Y for
dissolution of marri.aye, and Default herein entered against
Respondent, WILLIAM KELLEY, and this Court finding from the
record had and made in this cause and the testim~ny of witnesses ~
that WILLIAM KELLEY has failed to pay to Petitioner, ENID L.
I~LLEY, the sum of $200.00 as temporary child support as Ordered
k by this Court by Temporary Relief Order dated Sept~rt~b~ei 23, 1974;

~ - and finding that NED N. JULIAN, JR. is due the sum of
as reasonable attorney's fee for his representation of ENID L.
