THIS MATTER, having come on to be heard upon the Plain-
-tiff's request for the entry of Final Judgment and it appearing
that due and proper service has been had upon the Defendant,
SEABOARD NEWS AGENCY, INC., and it further appearing that a
~ default has'been duly and properly entered herein against the said
Defendant, and the Plaintiff having provided the Court an Affidavi

E with respect to the allegations in the Complaint and the accuracy

of the account stated between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, ~

and the Court being otherwise advised in the prem~ses, finds that ~

the Plaintiff is entitled to a Judgment against the Defendant,

SEABOARD NEWS~AGENCY, INC.~for the principal sum demanded, plus ~
interest from November 6, 1973, through October 17, 1974, plus
his costs incurred herein, and the Court being otherwise advised
