DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .

THIS CAUSS came on for trial the ~ day of November,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
firids and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the partiest and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws: .
1. DISSOLOTION OF ~~AGE. The marriage between HILLY A.
DAVISON and LEONA E. DAVISON, be, and the same is hereby, dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore exi~ting between them and from the ob-

~ ligations arising therefrom.

2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of November, A.D. 1974.
